Our TECHWEB Load restraint and seatbelt webbing products are made from natural high tenacity A grade nylon and seatbelt quality polyester yarns which are dyed in our state of the art computer controlled thermosol dyelines. This enables us to control the elongation and batch to batch colour consistency. The same quality cannot be achieved by merely weaving dyed yarn. Ours also has dimensional stability and is UV stabilised. Our TECHWEB binding tapes are only supplied with ultra-sonic welded joins, to ensure consistent quality and are available in any colour. TECHWEB webbing is also available in jacquard designs made on our computer controlled machines, with your company name woven into the webbing for advertising and brand recognition.

We offer packaging and labelling services for most of our products on high volume orders. Depending on the width or length and type of product needed for your manufacturing operations, we offer a variety of packaging options either festooned, rolled or spooled. We have the latest packaging equipment to provide optimum efficiency and we can even take a different approach and customise with your company logo for a unique, proprietary look. We employ a state-of-the-art Inventory control system, enabling us to track specific batch numbers and identify product codes quickly and efficiently. We can also hot cut your webbings to prevent the end from fraying. This will also size the product precisely to your specifications.
