We will take your order on a credit card, eftpos, by cheque, direct credit into our bank account or on an open account. We strongly encourage the use of credit cards for account payments and small orders.

Small orders are Prepaid only. We do not open accounts for small orders.

If your business, institution, or government agency wishes to open an account please contact us. Open account status is normally granted to well-rated organisations with three appropriate credit references and a banking history. Terms of payment are net 30 days. Please allow 24 hours to process open account applications. There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned cheques.

Webbing and Trimming accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard®, and VISA®. We also have EFTPOS facilities. We strongly encourage the use of credit cards for account payments and small orders.

Depending upon the size and dollar value of orders placed with Webbing and Trimming a freight and/or handling charge will be applicable.



Our merchandise is carefully packed for shipment in our distribution centre. In the event an item is damaged in shipment, you must submit a claim to the carrier within 15 days of delivery. We advise that you unpack and inspect all merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If damage does not become apparent until the shipment is unpacked, make a request within 72 hours for inspection by the carrier's agent and file with the carrier. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. For your protection, our billings include insurance for damage or loss in transit.



All items are shipped by carriers chosen by Webbing and Trimming. Goods can be despatched via customers carrier if requested & account number supplied.

In most cases, orders received by 3 pm are shipped out the same day. Parcels are normally delivered within 48 hours of shipment except in the case of airfreight or freight by sea.
